"How about the flawed NAK negotiations/deal? How about triggering the options ratchet clause and ensuing lawsuit? How about the Alaska camp and ensuing lawsuit?"

You are asking me?  I can not comment on those things as I do not have insider information to contemplate.  While those were disappointments, of course, I never saw the contracts.  Did you?

"How about continuing to pay for uranium claims around the Canyon that couldn't be drilled?"

In my opinion, it was important to hold those claims as long as possible, while waiting out the legal challenges and Obama EPA objections.  Congress crushed the potential there by making the moratorium permanent.  You want to blame JB for that?  [Even now Trump is trying to restore mining there.]

Silverbell?  A similar political issue worth fighting for, IMO.

JABA?  I don't know.  What about it?

"How about touting oil claims? Drill ready mines? levelers?"

Banter, simply banter.  As CEO communicating directly with shareholders informally.  I imagine that!

"Mountainous death dillution?"

It's a means of survival readily endorsed by BG, and IMO forced upon the company by five years of footdragging by the State of Arizona in approving additions to May Mountain claims.  I wonder what a search of correspondence there might turn up as to why they took so long?

"How many more do you need?"

If they are all as weak and ill-conceived as the above, none thank you.
