"In extreme circumstances- shareholders certainly do have recourse."
Well said. With that in mind, maybe BG could also explain why he seemingly colluded with others to usurp control of the company. And why after around 19 months they continue to hold control while having no announced plans for elections. That alone looks to me like a pretty egregious violation of shareholder rights (in principle if not in law), especially as there has been no explanation for the takeover and the later dumping of JB from the board of directors.
Speaking of boards... Tracy, what happened with SRK? Members there used to be listed as members of our Advisory Board of Directors. Did BG dump them too? If so that would seem to be a costly move in terms of public relations. After all, SRK is among the most respected independent mining consultants on earth. They were the ones to advise that LBSR drill Hay Mountain. If they are no longer LBSR Advisory Board Members, does that mean they no longer recommend drilling at Hay Mountain? Thanks.
