Tracy, the recent 10-K seems not to have been made available to shareholders via public notice anyplace, at least not anyplace conspicuous.  I posted a link to it here soon after being told by another shareholder the same day that it was published by the SEC. 

I ask because it is not on the company Web site where most interested persons would normally look for it.  A simple oversight, maybe?  Or was it taken down for corrections?

It's been out for over three weeks, FWIW.
