Unfortunately, you get points for that one. I agree- and that's why in an earlier post I changed from simply saying "We need a deal for drilling" to- "We need a deal for drilling . .  that benefits shareholders". With BG, I am not sure that this can be a given. He has already demonstrated his lack of regard for fulfilling his fiduciary responsibilities, IMO. We need to insist on reassurances in this regard - or other remedies.
