Thank you. I knew that we could count on you for those most specific extracts.
I also note that while BG weeks ago promised that Dr. Wilson's position in the company and his compensation package would be revealed in the then-pending 10-K, it is not. Why has that gone missing when it was promised, even as we had a right to know when the question was asked many weeks ago?
I also note that no names are mentioned in regards to grants of options and grants of shares, though BG seems to make a big deal of not taking any salary. Is it not true that he has granted himself shares instead of a salary? Is this not odd when at the same time he claims overall salaries and benefits are down 23 percent? What else is intentionally hidden?
There is a mention of 4 directors receiving options or shares, but who were they? And who was left out and why?
I see too that the company claims to be depreciating 70,000 some-odd dollars in office furniture, yet is using a mail drop for company headquarters. Who is using the office furniture, but if it is in storage, why are we paying rent to do that instead of writing it off for salvage value? Certainly, at 45 dollars per month, tons of paperwork and furniture will not stand up to vermin, and Arizona heat inside of some shed someplace in Tombstone.
Frankly, this is the most smoke-filled and abbreviated 10-K I've ever seen. Still, I thank you again for highlighting what you think is most important for readers here to understand (based on your slanted interpretation and that of your twin).
