That's great! We agree. But if you don't care who does the drilling- why are you resistant to the idea of the Company entertaining the offers JB has at hand. I am open to BG pursuing his deals- so why would you object to JB also pursuing his- on our behalf? Doing so does entail BG dropping his ridiculous law suits- how can they possibly benefit us? Their only function is to act as an impediment to JB's deals. It also entails allowing JB to be in charge of those drilling projects- which makes sense since he is the most qualified, experienced and knowledgeable anyway. Why would that be objectionable. If we can all agree to proceed on all possible fronts- we can work together to "get the drilling done." (Even if you don't trust JB and don't believe in the likelihood of his deals- what is lost by allowing him to proceed- the only downside is that they don't happen ( a big downside). But it in no way interefers with what BG is doing.)

But the first step is that we all need to work together to convince BG that it is not in the Company's nor the Shareholders' interest to stubbornly persist in these law suits. It is step one.
