I watched an interview on TV last night about this potential.  It requires injecting ill persons with blood plasma coming from recovered patients.  Apparently this treatment has been around since at least the Spanish flu epidemic of early in the last century.  FDA must approve its use in this instance, however.

One plasma donation cures two ill persons.
