Phone numbers are available for the two parties of most interest here, BG and JB.  I very strongly suggest that people who have questions not firstly resort to this board, asking questions of other shareholders who are certainly far less well informed than insiders (or former insiders as the case may be).  Call them!  I can affirm that JB is almost always reachable and easy to speak with, BG not so much, but at least try.  Better to filter different versions of the same story from each of the players than to filter versions of those stories as interpreted by others.

I will offer one thing though.  JB had a salary, yes, but it was deferred.  And then, I hear, his back pay was denied by BG.  In other words, JB put up money to help found the company (with others), invested his intellectual property, and compulsively worked almost 24/7 for 10 years with no paycheck going into his bank account.  Where has anyone seen such a thing in this business or any other?  We had a "free" CEO in a manner of speaking, while the current one awards himself shares, I hear, for "working?" part-time as he keeps his day job.  Where are his obvious priorities?  They were clear under JB.
