Valuepro...   Interesting that you should so indirectly comment on my post, as in fact it was you who verbal threw rocks at me and called me a troll several years ago when I asked about Briscoe's nondisclosure of salary.

Now you are saying that people should not post observations here but rather "call" both parties (but one is not reachable..  lol)  l So much for getting both sides of a story.

And, you are also suggesting that Briscoe worked for nothing for 10 years and is now being cheated for back pay?  He must have been independently wealthy then?  Never heard that before.

Calling him with questions would give us no more information than he just gave us in his Open Letter.  I think time will tell what went on. 

If someone was trying to cheat Briscoe, they would not suggest to him that he bring a lawyer, or sign a statement with the SEC that nothing dishonest went down.
