This is one of the most confusing things about this, KRM.  BG seems to dictate to the board, rather than answering to it.  I'm not an expert, but I don't think it is supposed to work this way.  I understand that several things have been brought to the attention of the SEC, so hopefully there is some sort of official review of many of Mr. Gross's actions.  If they find no wrongdoing, then so be it, but this situation definitely deserves an investigation. 

If the board is negligent in their duties by their own choice, then hopefully they will be held accountable as well.  Just an odd and frustrating situation all the way around.
