Yes- Interesting confluence of events. Whether coincidence or not, the appearance of Jim Briscoe's important letter and the tweet from BG. 

Unfortunately- my persistent questions regarding lawsuits have finally been been answered in the starkest terms. But still not by the perpetrator- but, instead, by the target- or victim. It is a terrible shame that these harrassing and pointless law suits go on. But it is more than a shame. As I have worried and Mr. Briscoe confirms- these needless lawsuits are actually obstructing potential deals. Deals that could potentially benefit we shareholders. Is BG fulfilling his fiduciary duty to the company and we shareholders by persisting in these vindictive actions at the cost of preventing deals from being consumated? And speaking of cost- what is the direct cost of persuing these lawsuits? And finally- because they are being brought about by the President of Liberty Star purportedly on its behalf- they are essentially being carried in my name and in the name of every one of us shareholders. Not only without our permission- but until now- even without our knowledge. I for one- and I assume most of the rest of we shareholders- do not want this nor to be party to this unfair and unrightous activity. At least on my own behalf- and I hope on behalf of other shareholders- I demand that Brett Gross cease and desist. You must drop these unauthorized lawsuits immediately.
