Thank you so much, Mr. Briscoe, for your much needed input.  My suspicions of Mr. Gross have been confirmed.  I have always respected you and hope that a way can be found to put you back in charge.  Of course, as long as Gross is refusing to hold elections I'm not sure how that is possible short of legal action. 

Such a shame on so many levels, but I'm amazed that he would spend so much of OUR money in lawsuits against you to shut you up.

Also, this directly contradicts what Tracy went out of her way to say about the power of attorney issue.  Was she deliberately misleading or was she just saying what she was told by Brett?  I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt that she acted in good faith and believed what Brett was telling her and passed it along to us.
