Sometimes passion is not enough to make something successful.  I will admit I wish he was still around with current management and then we would possibly have a dream team. It hurts not having him around I do believe, and I don’t think (but don’t know for sure) that he was treated well but more like he was pushed out.  He put a lot of years in to be treated badly if he was.  But I do believe he needed help on this next step.
