O.k., thank you for your reply, and just as respectfully, I disagree with your coloring recent news releases as "somewhat positive" with the exception of the ZTEM data (which looks highly encouraging to me).  Having said that, I doubt that any more on that will be coming soon.

By the above comments, I mean no slights to the persons subject to the last two board appointments.  I don't know enough about them.  In any case, all board members, saving Brett and Pete, seem to have pulled in their horns and disappeared from active engagement in anything.  In fact, and according to recent records, Brett seems to have power of attorney to sign all official board filings on behalf of all board members.  Now there is some food for thought.
