Both sides on this issue present many valid points.  Ultimately, though, it seems to me that the management team and shareholders would be best served by better communication from management, and an actual shareholder meeting.  The lack of any real communication is feeding the negative speculation, especially when combined with the way they seem to have taken over.  Maybe they have a great story to tell, but it certainly doesn't feel like it right now. 

PLEASE, management, recognize that you have a PR problem with your shareholders and make an actual attempt to fix it.  I'm not asking you to disclose that which shouldn't be disclosed, but start with scheduling the shareholder meeting and consider doing some sort of video address, preferably by both Brett Gross and Dr. Wilson explaining the state of the company.
