That last post probably doesn't mean anything. My first impression was that Antofagosta might me be interested in aligning with LBSR in some meaningful way.  When I read the rest of his speech,  the way and where they go about business I am not sure now,   I believe his usefulness is an expert in evaluating LBSR claims and promoting them in the mining network and negotiations.
