Tracy, is the Alan Wilson who was recently appointed to some sort of position with LBSR the same Alan Wilson who recently took up residence in Anguilla?  I found that in an Internet search.  If it is the same Alan Wilson, why does he list his occupation as "hydrologist"?  Hydrology is not usually much related to mining and geology.  If it is the same person, why would he seemingly be changing careers after being let go from his former position with Antofagasta?

This aside, what is the nature of the remuneration agreement between Mr. Wilson and LBSR?  In other words, how is he or how will he be paid for his services?

Not to cast aspersions, but if "our" Mr. Wilson is the same person as recently having moved to Anguilla, I find this concerning on several counts.  Anguilla, population 17,000, is an international tax haven and money laundering center.  It is located in the Caribbean just east of Puerto Rico.  At one time, they had seven international banks operating there, but two were recently closed under force of law in cooperation with other countries.  I also believe that the island sells citizenship papers, which raises another line of concern.
