I have seen over the years that the best sustained long uptrends are with relatively low volume but higher than previous time periods whatever reason investors, or smart money, those who know something are accumulating.  I like what I see that accumulation has been gong on for some time but price movement has been down.  Charts are difficult to rely on for these sub penney stocks.
