Right, and probably because there were no changes in the board and executive offices.  We had a change 13+ months ago there is no current evidence that the unelected board wants to give legal status to their positions.  If they are not legal with the SEC - and I don't know that they are not - can any document they sign with a potential partner stand up to a legal challenge?  Are their contracts with others enforceable?
