Fair points. Precisely why we need to JV our HM claims with a real mining co. We can't do it ourselves, and any miner that needs to be told what to do at this point wouldn't be the right partner. Could be wrong, but I doubt that Rio, BHP, South32 or any other such co in the industry would need much help from lbsr. If HM really is the world-class opportunity we've been led to believe, then any big mining co should know what to do with it at this stage. We don't need a geologist as much as we need a partnership with any one of a number of co's that employ teams of geologists.
