I know we have been over this before but not concerned that JB is out as member oF BOD.  BG and others are the guys we need for the next phase and I am optimistice that JB is available to them and could be contacted/contracted for his expertise.   His contribution was huge but being on the BOD  not necessary any longer.  The current BOD felt his contribution was completed.  Not prudent under the circumstances to hire him and pay salary.  He can be contracted when needed.  May be simplistic analysis but so be it IMHO.
