The issue is not whether you think we don't need an explorationist on staff, but whether potential partners would think so.  VP has a point that an exploration stage company without an explorationist just doesn't seem serious.  Whatever these people did to create this bad blood with JB, they need to fix it and get him on some sort of consultation contract.  I think he already has another gig, and perhaps his arrangement with them precludes working with LBSR, but I'd sure like to see them try.  I'd also really like to hear something further from JB, but I doubt he would say something publicly on that topic, and that is quite understandable.
