Yes, that is obviously so.  In the meantime, we have to have someone tell us as shareholders what we can know form these reports.  That must come first, should it not?  Would you want our present slate of officers and directors to accept a proposal without their AND YOUR UNDERSTANDING from our own expert(s)?
