I am curious as to whether unrest, particularly in the Middle East and Latin America factors into the search for a partner. Specifically, are there any regions where mgt has concluded it is unlikely to find a partner due to political instability or corruption, and not worthy of focus / effort?

Additionally, does mgt. see Chilean unrest and possible ongoing supply constraint as a possible positive, providing incentive to seek future production in more politically stable countries?
