I was the only person here to mention several years ago that our initial group of claims at Hay Mountain was insufficient in total acreage to support the envisioned type of operation(s). And that more land was required before development could begin. We've had at least two major additions to the Hay Mountain project since.
My point is that the latest news is nothing to get excited about. It is not likely to be THE final step toward securing a partner, but it does remove some level of possible complication toward concluding a deal (if one is to be had).
Getting back to the football analogy, there can be no game without two teams on the field. We are willing to play but have no idea if there are others interest in playing with us, though inquiries have been made (as evidenced by signed confidentiality agreements).
