What is notable in the bio. is the preponderance of "valuation" credentials and experience. Seems obvious that valuation of "unperforated" property doesn't make a lot of sense, unless: A. It is being prepared for in connection with contemplated drilling, or, B. It is part of a plan to Pump on the basis of the credentials behind a 'friendly' valuation sans drill results.
