No, I would never say or imply that.  Intelligence or the lack thereof has nothing to do with it. What I can suggest, among many possibilities, is a bias of some sort, a different view of market conditions, a misappreciation of the exploration business, following what his wife's favorite psychic says.  I don't know, add what you will.  I just disagree that there is a need to await higher copper prices.
