Didn't we have a whole mining operation plan outline done by JB and the board for HM several years ago? Maybe we don't need a promoter because we have a potential partner? Maybe that partner is an international company? Maybe the new director can assist with finalizing this partnership as this is his specialty? Maybe not, but one can hope .
