Finding previous drilling cost estimates, it looks to be less expensive than I recently suggested from faulty memory.

Given these numbers, it is getting harder to believe that management has gone without offers.  The only explanation is that they are locked in negotiations, or they are looking for better offers.  

For my part, forget "better offers".  We can get those for other phases of drilling, or later for new projects.

As it is, our overhauled BOD is discouragingly too silent.  S*** or get off the pot.
