I would surely like to see some entity, in situations such as this, bring suit against EPA for unlawful interference with business relations.  In regards to the Pebble project, EPA denied Northern Dynasty the right to pursue the normal permitting process seemingly outside of their authority to do so.   Such an action could open the door for LBSR to seek recovery of some sort, however nebulous that may seem at present.  As is, it is not worth our attention.

Eventually, however, someone will vindicate JB's application of Caldera Theory as applied to Big Chunk/Pebble, but it will not be anytime soon.  Even so,  it will raise his profile as a great explorationist, a belief that keeps many of us here.
