Our new board member, Mr. Gordon, is an independent financial consultant who has taken a position in LBSR that I would guess amounts to somewhere around 50k dollars. Does that not violate a cardinal rule in finance and investing, OPM (other peoples money)? If so, I would guess that he is very sure of himself.
Before forming his own consultancy, he spent many years in finance at GE and then at URS, which was taken over by a larger engineering/consulting firm in late '14.
Not having been previously familiar with URS, I found a couple of stories that might be of interest to others here.

By the way, I am surprised that the market has greeted this news with a yawn. I am sure that will change soon and in a dramatic way.
