In regards to timing, that is not quite so, my friend.  If we are in a cycle of ever improving gold and silver prices owing to deteriorating values of paper money, LBSR gains more and more attention along the way, perhaps to the point of earning competing bidders.  It has to play out that way as the risk/reward ratios improve while exploration costs stay flat, at least as long as the rally in gold and silver continues (which I think likely).
