Thank you. 

Think I was expecting it as the registration of the tradename (d/b/a) 'Liberty Star Minerals' was reason for a SEC filing (8K), but the forming of the subsidiary 'Earp Ridge Mines LLC' apparrently was not.

But that tradename has legal and possible impact on financial dealings I assume. And that doesn't apply to Earp Ridge yet.
