Possibly lack of volume because:

1) no large number of new shares dumped on market by financers. They are willing to sell lower if necessary when they get their shares, driving the price down. (no skin off their nose)

2) No real new buyers; in other words, current shareholders have bids in to buy at .0002 or .0003 but are in no hurry to buy for .0004.
