Since the co seems unresponsive, I can tell you what my counsel says. Corp officers/directors have a fiduciary duty to the corp and its stockholders (us). Any such hypothetical scheme to gain ownership of co assets would be totally unlawful, possibly even criminal. As VP mentioned, it would be stealing.
