I think you are very wrong, and here's why.

As far as the market is concerned, this company has been under a dark cloud for many years.  In other words, it has a poor reputation for performance when looking at valuation.  And believe me, that's about all many speculators in this sector look at, caring little for geotechnical fundamentals.

A new Web site shouts, "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT"!  That's as effective as any such banner you may see driving around in your neighborhood.  It generates new attention to a "shop-worn" item, as is said in the retail, and residential real estate businesses.
