I think your math is wrong, $10m at todays price would be 20 billion shares. Yup, it does not work.
What you are forgetting is Hay Mountain was set up as a LLC subsidiary, which means say for talking purposes that $1 million invested in LLC a investor gets 0.5% of project profits. So if the profits for the project realizes say $25 Billion that 0.5% nets a gain of $125 million....not to shabby a return. Oh by the way, $10 million invested cost 5% of Project LLC and LBSR still owns 95% of LLC.
