Record high volume is meaningless in the face of increasing numbers of new shares on the market, unless it begins to show as a trend.  Do you see a trend yet?  Only then can one begin to understand why volume is increasing, and whether or not that is a good thing.

Having asked that, today's news certainly added interest in the stock.  Makes one wonder why the company would be paying new claims fees at this time when they are so desparate for cash.  I don't think it is just because they have been trying to secure these claims for five years.  Could it be that more encouraging news is due soon?  I think so.
