My preponderence regarding the minerization in Afgan is to comply with the PLAN to go FWD.  Preplanning of and for the mines would be the issue of top safty and security.  Perhaps these folks would like to "Move on UP to the Eastside" and IMO they need a genuine shot at it> Perhaps in 10 or 20 years out they will dominate the minerals world in Gold and Copper, why not, thats not a question.  Exxon brought Saudi Arabia out of the DARK AGEs post WW2 and seems to me there is a pattern here of similarity as well.  Realize expected demand for Metals isnt going to grow by very much, no no it is expected to EXPLODE and barely be able to keep pace factoring in Population growth,technologies growth,and that the curren supply on hand is already acceleration rapidly and that replacment needs to be addressed ASAP.  Not to worry which "I" sniff out here but mention that there will be plenty of room for likely all major mines to be outputting to feed heave supply side and the more MINEs opening up will only support the needs of MKT supply side and to meet minimum supply side for basic greatly Population explosion as well at the same emerging timeframe.  So bring on AFGAN bring on AZ, bring on CANADA,bring on Australia, bring on Russian mining supply side because we will need every bit of this "STUFF" or we will not have the energy efficiencies which are built out of GROUND EARTH metals, Beginning of story/endo!
