I recall a few years back, China was going to try and get into mining in Afghanistan and then changed its mind. You sound like you know more than me, but a mine in that country will be a magnet for terrorists.

Discussion board chatter: So let's say the two rainmakers had been talking to LBSR for a few months before they got far enough in the discussion to say something like, "Well, OK, we'll get in here. but we want some control and some of our moneyed friends will also invest if that happens." Then I am going to boldly predict that the vote to add them to the board signalled some final phase of talks. Sort of a verbal agreement of intent to work on a letter of intent. I am just hoping that most of the details were roughly agreed to before the board addition. So...Merry Christmas for us!  Again, just my hobby to post total conjecture here.
