Florida is loaded with shameful amounts of retirement money.  Think Snowbirds and most retirement checks that were earned from the North have by and far found a comfy Home each Winter down there.  Strangly enough my family as well does the Florida for the Winter.  Any dillagent investor over the years well could have BANKED mega bucks and made untold connections that reach into all of the deep pockets in the North and that includes Canada.  Yes the drill bit is known as the truth machine and IMO this 2 BOD addition is all about heading in this diercetion and a PARD at the same time.  Agin anyAngel group would need a well structured Corp to accomodate SEC, perhaps not at this time but when one wants to head down that road they do need to get it planned all out for SEC approval, this does not hinder any drilling program as transitions can happen on the go.  Collectively here seems to be that we somewhat agree that the set on the BOD is a part of what lays ahead.  Sweet to me and steady as we go too!
