You ask an important question, but one with no simple answer other than to say, "That depends."

I will, however, offer something from what history suggests, assuming a general stock market crash, as opposed to what would prove a simple correction of short-term duration.

1)  IF, if LBSR is still an exploration-phase company with no drilling having been done at Hay Mountain, it will never drill anything.

2)  IF, if by that time LBSR has enterred or passed beyond the discovery-phase at Hay Mountain - which I expect -, the stock price may, or may not suffer depending on the timing of these events, and how eagerly investors look to the "recovery" side of the downturn, commodities being the best choice at such times (as suggested in Willy's post).  Should the stock price turn down, I doubt it will be a long-term event.

I have to add, however, that it may take time for learn whether or not a correction has become a recession (or worse), or if it is just a routine correction within a bull market.  So, the reliability of any predictions at this point may be about as accurate as your horoscope in today's newspaper, but maybe I gave you a couple of things more to think about as your weigh taking a tax loss, or buying more.

...back to lurking mode.
