I see that you knwo JB very well, fitting KUDO to you, my sentiments EXACTLY.  We have serious lookers at HM and all of that interest is RESPECT for JB's track history.  But i can accept that you just call it "worn out boots"!  Spot a taeee ahhhh!  CAs are one of the most serious aggrements in the Biz World and we know that JB has a number of them in his back pocket.  To me they must be good offers in my thinking as the good ones always drag things out for their own reasons, for their own reasons.
