Yeah, the 'loan' but we wanted them to use the JV to advance our claims. I think JB realized NAK entered into the JV not to advance our claims but to keep us quiet so as not to disturb the situation in Pebble. Just my opinion. Think we wanted a lot more than just to settle a loan w/ NAK.
