Your first take was correct.  I was referring to the Augusta group/Arizona Mining.  Either way, neither company would be interested in a JV with LBSR, in my opinion, as their histories do not reflect getting into such positions where the project originator (LBSR) would be wanting to retain up to half of the project initially.

Again, my opinion.  I'd like to be wrong.

Hearsay has Augusta group wanting to take their earings to an advanced zinc play in Utah.  While I don't see that, it does seem more likely than moving to a blind target.  But, 10-12 million dollars may seem small change to them these days, so who knows?
