Yep, the issue date for that financing was May 29, about the same time that that seller appeared.  Still, it doesn't look very smart of them to tell the market just how much they are selling.  Dumping in a hurry like this, broadcasting how much they want to unload, does work against them, but it does conform to risingstar's thinking.  ...haven't seen such as this before that I can recall.

In the past, large trades are executed after the close, based on the closing price, or the day's average price, and then incrementally as we saw toward the end of last year, and the start of this year.

Anyway, looks like that seller is about half done for now.  Another several days at most and we should be back to slowly rising prices absent news.  ...my opinion, anyway.
