I think the two most important factors you pointed out are: 1. They know each other. Exactly. They do understand James Briscoe's knowledge, experience, and understanding of the land and its hidden resources. He has already proved his value to them. 2. (location, environment, low cost...) I agree, I would think that cost would be quite a bit higher in Alaska (payroll, fuel and other overhead, shipping the metal,etc) than a CONUS project. Maybe you're on to something there. Could NAK be involved in the CA's? Only time can tell and hopefully it does tell and tells soon.
