Factors related to direct cost at turning a profit are obvious to all: equipment, man power, fuel, whats in the ground, etc. But to fight the will of a determined group of people is another story. Northern Dynasty can eventually get something going, but at what cost and how long? It could take a life time or longer. Honestly, being selfish here, I hope it never happens. I have no irons in that fire, i hope that whole area stays as untouched as possible, and it potentially reduces future metals (particularly copper) from hitting the market which would of course possibly benefit LBSR because theyre going to have to find that copper somewhere. Hopefully, the eyes that were interested in that project look at the next state listed after Alaska, alphabetically, which of course is Arizonia, and decide to get involved with Hay Mountain and LBSR
