By the way, the larger the partner, the greater the share of the "prize" LBSR will get to keep along the path to production, assuming a discovery. 

That is, if LBSR partners initially with another exploration company, and they make a discovery, they will have to seek yet another partner to advance to the next stage, and perhaps even another partner beyond that.  Each of these will dilute LBSR's interest in Hay Mountain.

If, on the other hand, the company's initial partner is a major producer, the larger share of the "prize" LBSR will be able to keep.

...something to think about as we count the days and weeks to THE news.
