I think it is important to keep in mind that this represents an investment of time and attention from those taking the field tours and listening to Jim's presentation. Folks are busy and we are competing with projects that in many cases may be much further along. So there is a cost associated with negotiating a non-disclosure agreement, spending time with LBSR out in the field and discussing the opportunity internally to (hopefully) make a proposal for a deal. Hoping we get a couple of fair offers for Phase 1 funding.
